Massimo’s journey began with a risk—not his, but his parents’. Italian immigrants who came to America for a better life, they sacrificed everything to give him opportunities they never had. His mother took a pension loan to buy his first set of DJ equipment, believing in his passion when others doubted it. That leap of faith set the foundation for a career that would redefine the entertainment industry.

From launching Platinum Entertainment with Anthony Gerardi and Mike Gregorio to continuing the legacy of Prosho AV after the passing of his close friend Frank Provenzano, Massimo has built an empire through vision, partnerships, and perseverance.

Now, as a co-founder of Merge Event Solutions, he and his partners have unified their companies into a powerhouse, setting new standards in entertainment and production. His passion extends beyond business, supporting the Carl V. Bini Memorial Fund to honor his wife’s father, a 9/11 hero, by giving back to families in need.
